Barton Estate Realty, a newly established real estate brokerage firm, approached EC Stewart Design & Communications looking to develop its online presence. The result was a brochure web service featuring local home listings, Barton Estate exclusive properties, reference tools such as mortgage calculators and links to other useful sites.
The online identity was designed to reflect a contemporary appeal of the service. The color palette, typography, design, and secondary visual elements help differentiate it from other real estate services available on the Web.
This site reflects EC Stewart Design and Communications understanding of the need for companies to differentiate in a competitive marketplace.
