The 3WiseCats Web site is designed as a resource to personal pet owners and animal rescuers alike. This animal care portal provides information on a local, regional, and statewide level as a supplement to pet adoption agency sites around the Research Triangle area of North Carolina. The site provides vital information for persons needing relevant material in their hour of need. Pertinent links, references, and a bit of humor are also available within the site for interested parties.

EC Stewart Design and Communications (ECSDC) developed the site as a "clean sheet" design from a set of personal Christmas Cards created by the staff. The result is a site that also provides a community service and supports the Second Chance Pet Adoptions agency.
